In 1987 Jamie began his career making joinery for the construction industry.
Jamie then embarked on three years training at Buckinghamshire College on the widely renowned BA Hons Furniture Design and Craftsmanship course led by the respected tutor of Professor Phillip Hussey, where Jamie gained a first class degree.
During his time at university Jamie also gained valuable experience working for acclaimed furniture maker Richard Williams and corporate furniture makers Hands of Wycombe.
On completion of his degree course Jamie started a professional workshop in partnership with a furniture design company manufacturing bespoke furniture and fitted kitchens. During this period Jamie also began teaching at Warwickshire College training the next generation of furniture makers, he is now the course leader for the furniture courses at the Leamington Spa based workshop.
Jamie continues to design and make fine contemporary furniture for private homes, commercial businesses and public buildings. He welcomes any enquires however large or small.
